Are you willing to house train? Do you realize that any dog going into a
new home might have accidents? Please comment:
Do you own or rent your current residence:
If renting, please provide the following information about your Landlord:
(this is required if you are renting. We will contact the landlord!--no
exceptions!!).
How many hours a day will the
puppy/dog be left alone? Are your plans to foster many dogs, or you are mostly thinking of foster-to-adopt? (even though we know this can change if you fall in love with one of them!)
Do you have any questions or comments about the four items mentioned in the agreement? 1--must crate-train (with a few exceptions on
adult dogs--but we usually at least try it). 2--must use Layton Animal
Vet for any vet needs. 3--must provide the rescue with pictures every
two weeks. 4--must provide updates by email every week. COMMENTS--please include WHY you want to
foster. Please list any experience working with dogs before at a
shelter/rescue/daycare/teaching, etc.
